We Mindfulness is a powerful practice inspired by lessons from The Courage Herd – ‘village’ of 6 horses and a donkey who live quietly grounded in a state of deep interconnection. It’s a practice that focuses on your inherent wholeness, on what is right within you and on ‘right connection’ with all life.

It’s based on the body, flow, breath, and the cultivation of a relationship with the intelligence of the heart – all the elements that the herd cultivates to continuously share a quiet, kind and respectful space.

This is not ‘talk therapy’ … it’s about DOING and EXPERIENCING and FINDING OUT through a relationship with the herd.



Two hour sessions at the farm to come and participate in a shared practice of mindful presence with the herd and the land.

These sessions include ceremony, a theme to explore, a simple practice to try, space for reflection and a quiet opportunity to be with the land, the horses and the abundant life thriving on our farm. No two sessions are the same and yet every session is based on the same principle: by becoming more awaken, attuned, and connected with everything, within and without, we are able to live a more engaged, centred and purposeful life of service to self and others.


These intimate learning experiences are a chance to explore special topics with guest facilitators who bring a wealth of lived experience in their field

Tina and the herd have created a unique process to help guide you on a journey into an ever deepening discovery of the genius within. Based in part on the FEEL approach (Facilitate Equine Experiential Learning®) and adapted for the unique way our herd works together, and in part on the language of nature – the nature within and the life on the land. Tina brings to the work with the herd her 20+ years of global leadership coaching, 12+ years of a deep exploration into culture and consciousness, as well as a host of tools and practices related to mindfulness and personal development.

Our events take place in the workshop room, the barn, and in the paddocks with the horses. We also have beautiful driftwood sculptures and reflection benches for you to use to journal, meditate or simply relax into the moment, and acres of treed woods to walk.
